This document (as well as any other document mentioned here) regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website (www.blankforce.com) and the purchase or acquisition of products and / or services therein (in forward, Conditions). For the purposes of these Conditions it is understood that the activity that WISENET SL develops through the Website includes: Marketing and distribution of sports equipment such as kitesurf boards, wakeboards, longboard, skateboards, stand up paddle and accessories. In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing and / or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, the cookie policy, and the privacy and data protection policy of WISENET SL. By using this Website or making and / or requesting the acquisition of a product and / or service through it, the User agrees to be bound by these Conditions and by all the aforementioned, so, if you do not agree with All this, you should not use this Website. Also, it is informed that these Conditions could be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time he accesses, browses and / or uses the Website, since those that are in force at the moment in which the acquisition of products and / or services is requested will apply. 2. THE USER

The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. Make use of this Website solely for inquiries and purchases or legally valid purchases. Do not make any false or fraudulent purchase. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this nature has been made, it could be canceled and the relevant authorities informed. Provide truthful and lawful contact data, for example, email address, postal address and / or other information (see Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use). The User declares to be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website.

3. PURCHASE

The registered Users can buy on the Website by the means and established forms. The User must follow the online purchase and / or acquisition procedure of www.blankforce.com, www.blankforce.es, www.blankforce.it during which several products and / or services can be selected and added to the cart and click on https: //www.blankforce.com/order ". The User will receive an email confirming that WISENET SL has received User´s order or request for purchase, that is, the order confirmation. The User will be informed by email when the purchase is being sent. This information may also be made available to the User through his account. The communications, purchase orders and payments that take place during the transactions made on the Website may be archived and kept in the computerized registers of WISENET SL in order to constitute a proof of the transactions, by respecting the conditions reasonable security and the laws and regulations in force in this respect that are applicable, and particularly in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (RGPD) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and the rights that assist Users in accordance with the privacy policy of this Website.

4. AVAILABILITY

All purchase orders received by WISENET SL through the Website are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or no products remain in stock, WISENET SL will contact the User and refund any amount that may have been previously paid.

5. PRICES

The prices displayed on the Website are the final prices, in Euros (€) and include VAT (21%). Shipping costs and handling costs are not included in the final prices of the products. Prices may change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

6.DELIVERY OPTIONS

The transit time is from 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of the full payment. In case of a bank transfer, depending on which bank you are registered with, it may take 2 to 3 days before the amount can be verified with our own bank. You will receive your parcel’s tracking number by email, along with the approximate delivery date. The shipment cost includes export taxes - but does NOT include any import taxes. For this reason, please check your countries import regulations. WISENET S.L. is responsible for the transportation to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance. Should you be interested in a fast delivery service, please contact us and we will send you a quotation and specify the transit time.

6.1. Shipping within E.U. countries (except Islands)
We use SEUR /DPD for all transportation within E.U. countries. Small parcels (accessories) may be shipped by parcel post. - We offer free shipping for all orders above 150 € (shipping and VAT excluded) - For orders below 150 €, standard shipping rates between 10€ and 15€ will be applied. The transportation costs are calculated automatically once you enter your address during the checkout process.
EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovak Republic, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Leetonia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Rumania, Sweden.

6.2. Shipping to Islands (E.U. countries)
The free shipping policy is not applied, but standard rates will be displayed once you enter your address during the checkout process.
EU Islands: Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, Malta, Sicily except all Portuguese Islands (Azores‎, Madeira, etc.)

6.3. Shipping within Europe (no EU)
We use TNT or FEDEX for all shipments to countries outside the EU as these transportation companies provide the necessary export documentation. Standard rates will be applied once you enter your address during the checkout process.
European countries outside the EU: Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Montenegro, Cyprus, Bosnia Herzegovina.

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods: Credit or debit card, PayPal, Bank transfer and Cash on delivery (in Spain only, except Islands).

7.1. Secure payment
User safety is our highest priority, and that is why we use great caution and the highest safety standards while dealing with User personal data. For safe transferring of customer data during the ordering process and especially credit card details, WISENET SL uses a secure transfer method – the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) connection.

7.2. Credit cards Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank, if said entity does not authorize payment, WISENET SL will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and may not enter into any agreement with the User.

7.3 Paypal
If the User would like to pay with PayPal, he has to choose the payment option “PayPal” during an order. After confirming the order, the User will promptly be led through the payment process without having to enter any further information. As soon as the User has successfully completed this process, the order will continue to be processed.

7.4 Bank Transfer Through this payment method, the User must ensure that he correctly enters the exact amount of the purchase order, his name (the same name as the name he used to register his account) and the reference number of the order. In case of error, WISENET SL cannot validate the order, which will be canceled.

7.5 Payment upon Delivery
Payment upon delivery is only available in Spain (except Islands) and an additional charge will be applied. The cost of the Payment upon Delivery (shipping costs excluded) is of 30 euros. The courier will charge the price of the order when it is delivered to the User address. The User will pay the total amount of the order at delivery. The User must be present at the delivery address in order to receive and pay for the package. Orders with Payment upon delivery cannot be sent with express delivery.

7.6 Payment in Store
The User can also pick up the order in the WISENET SL store. The User will be informed when the order is available for collection.

8. DELIVERY

The delivery period indicated on the product detail page corresponds to standard shipments. This delivery period may be longer depending on the availability of the product, the selected shipping and payment methods, as well as the country in which the delivery will be made. If for any reason WISENET SL could not meet the delivery date, WISENET will contact the User to inform of this circumstance and the User may choose to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date. If it is impossible to deliver the order due to the absence of the User, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier would leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to make it delivered again. In the event that the User does not contact the carrier to provide another delivery date or does not pick up his order at the carrier's warehouse, WISENET will not be held responsible for the breach of the contract due to non-delivery and will consider the shipment as delivered. In no case, WISENET will proceed to return the amount of the purchase.

9. RECEIPT OF MATERIALS

Please ensure that the receiver of the consignment inspects the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note e.g. "Damaged in transit" or "Only 1 parcel received" etc. Then all you must do is refuse delivery of the damaged parcel, and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@wisenet-trading.com, including pictures of the box and all content. Please note, a signature of "received in good condition" will make any subsequent claim for damage that occurs in transit absolutely void.

10. RETURN POLICY

10.1 Returns within EU countries
Do you need to return a product? If you changed your mind, you can undo the entire order within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. The cancellation does not require any stated reason or mandatory form, so it can be made by:

- Calling +34 67 41 73 900 (Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm)
- Sending an email to info@wisenet-trading.com. Please provide your name, address, order number, product name, size, and the date of the received order.
- By sending the CANCELLATION FORM to info@wisenet-trading.com. We will reply with an acknowledgment email without delay, that we have received your withdrawal.

If you are returning goods because of a delivery error or damage to the package or goods, please refer to Chapter 9 (Receipt of materials).

In accordance with the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES, you must return the new product, neither used nor damaged, and in its original packaging, accompanied by its accessories. The products must not have been opened. Otherwise, the return will be considered as non-compliant. We will refund the purchase price of the cancelled product. However, the cost of returning the goods will be at your full expense. Do not hesitate to contact us to help you choose the appropriate transportation method to make the return as economical and secure as possible. We refuse any package that is returned carriage collect.

To return the items, please send them in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the RETURN FORM stating the reason for return to the following address:

Note: Please keep the receipt that you receive from when your parcel was posted. Using parcel tracking, you can track the progress of your return and check whether it has arrived correctly. WISENET S.L. does not take responsibility until the package has reached our warehouse. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have received your parcel. We will refund within 5 days after receipt and verification that the products are in their original condition.
EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovak Republic, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Leetonia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Rumania, Sweden.

10.2 Returns within EU islands, outside the EU, or overseas territories:
For any returns from EU islands, countries outside the EU or overseas territories, please contact us as soon as possible and we will inform you about the steps to follow.
EU Islands: Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, Malta, Sicily and all Portuguese Islands (Azores‎, Madeira, Islands of Algarve‎, etc.) Countries outside the EU: Andorra, Gibraltar, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Montenegro, Cyprus, Bosnia Herzegovina.

11. WARRANTY BLANKFORCE LIMITED WARRANTY

WISENET S.L. has exclusive entitlement to have at their disposal the BLANKFORCE registered trademark, trade all BLANKFORCE, BLANK WAKEBOARDING and CMYK SK8BOARDING branded products with the following limited warranty.

11.1. WARRANTY PERIOD:
WISENET S.L. warrants that it´s products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the product, according to the legal guarantee stated by the EU law. The WARRANTY period starts from the day the customer receives the product, and covers any defects presumed to have existed at the time of delivery and under the following conditions:

a) Receipt of Materials: ensure that the receiver of the consignment inspects the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note e.g. "Damaged in transit" or "Only 1 parcel received" etc. Then all you must do is refuse delivery of the damaged parcel, and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@wisenet-trading.com, including pictures of the box and all content. Please note, a signature of "received in good condition" will make any subsequent claim for damage that occurs in transit absolutely void.

b)First 6 months warranty period: for any defects due to defects in materials and workmanship that appear within the 6 months period, WISENET S.L. will repair or replace the product. The product must be returned at the customer’s own expense.

c) After the 6 months period: the customer has to prove that the defect in materials and workmanship already existed at the time the product was delivered. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by WISENET.SL.

11. 2. WARRANTY CLAIM:

Before you submit a warranty claim, make sure that you can answer "yes" to all of these questions below:

- Was the product purchased in the past 2 years? - Was the product free of defects at time of delivery?
- Does the damage appear to be attributable to defective materials or workmanship?
- Does the damage appear NOT to be due to impact, abuse, negligence, or reactions to solvents, or harsh detergents?

COVERED:
- Laminated failure of top sheet and base as determined by WISENET S.L.
- Any manufacturer defects as determined by WISENET. SL.

NOT COVERED:
- Any issues resulting from misuse, abuse, impact (including sliders) or neglect.
- Cosmetic issues including discolored graphics, top sheet dents or chips including excess sun exposure.
- Board damage resulting from improper mounting of boots, the use of incorrect mounting hardware.
- Damage due to improper storage and handling of the board.
- Damage caused by any board modifications. Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from natural causes, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and storms (“Acts of God”).
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.

11.3. WARRANTY PROCEDURE IF COVERED:

The Customer:

1. Must call or send an email to info@wisenet-trading.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
2. Has to complete the WARRANTY RETURN CLAIM FORM enclosing the requested full HD pictures as well as a copy of the INVOICE
3. Return the product together with the above documentation to WISENET S.L. with the freight already prepaid and insured.

WISENET S.L. will not assume any responsibility for products during their shipment from the customer to our warranty department. Shipping charges are not refundable.

WISENET S.L.:
- Will, if possible, repair the product. If not, the product will be replaced. If the product is no longer available, the customer will receive a model of equivalent quality in the same price range as the returned item.
- The repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
- Will pay the freight for the return shipment. Any repair or replacement of any product under this Limited Warranty is not available for ordinary wear and tear, including scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, excessive exposure to cold, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care; incorrect setup, commercial use - rental or teaching environments; use in reef areas, shore breaks. Out of the water incidents; any blow or impact with a hard object, or any other irresponsible use.

11.4. LIMITED WARRANTY THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WISENET.SL BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or other economic losses. WISENET S.L. shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to particular customers. WISENET S.L.’s obligations under any warranty shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this WISENET S.L. Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary from one jurisdiction to another.
